Refunds & Cancellation

Wedding pages are charged per wedding, so this policy is deliberately short. The short version: cancel before a page goes live for a full refund; after it goes live, the charge stands but you keep full control and full-quality downloads.
Before the page goes live
Cancel any time before a page is published and the charge for that wedding is refunded in full, with no questions asked.
After the page goes live
Once a page is live, the charge stands, because the delivery service has been rendered. You can still unpublish or delete the page at any time, and everything stored can be downloaded in full quality before or after.
If something goes wrong
If a page cannot be delivered as described, for example a technical fault we cannot fix, you receive a full refund for that wedding regardless of page status.
How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days. Write to [email protected] with your studio name and wedding reference to start one.
